Positive Psychology

Positive psychology, in summary, is about developing yourself in a way that focuses on mindset, inner value, and well being. An appetite for gratitude, appreciation for your strengths, and greater attention on what you hold most dear, allows you to walk into your purpose. By transforming into the best version of yourself, you can live a fulfilled and happy life.

We take it a step further...

In many cases the mindset we maintain and the traumas we neglect to acknowledge are what cripple the pursuit of our dreams and stop us from momentary happiness and long-term bliss. So, together, we start at the beginning, looking at what your childhood was like, what traumas you have experienced and how have they formed your identity. We look at the insecurities you were taught (yes you read that correctly) and that you validated as you've grown and those you still give believe.

In all of this, we listen, get to know you, your dreams, goals, fears, challenges. We care. We look at your actions, speech and behavior, the ideas you promote. Negative, positive or otherwise, we ask why.

We challenge everything you have come to know, whether you have been told it by others or have told yourself.  We question the source of each assertion and their effect. Then we break everything apart.  Our goal is to promote positivity and a practice of internal validation where you "change your language." As you do, we hope your eyes will become open to the truth: how valuable you are and what you have to offer the world. In this, we seek the heart of what you genuinely desire, your purpose, what brings you bliss, but this is only the beginning. You will experience is an effective, layered, and sometimes uncomfortable process. It will be ongoing, but each moment is designed to move you further than the last.

Your progress sets the tone for the next step: action, positive intentional action.
